New England Treatment Access - NETA
NETA gives back to the community and elevates social equity partners.
NETA granted $25,000 to twin brothers to help fund compliant security equipment to outfit their delivery vehicles. The Mejia brothers came to the United States from the Dominican Republic in 1991 and settled in Worcester with their mother and four siblings. The twin’s younger brother Ardwin, a U.S. Marine, will oversee the security aspects of the business when he returns from service. “One of the biggest issues with us and minority companies in general is getting money,” Jackson said. “This puts us in a great position to start.”
